Short Biography & Photo
Please send us a short biography and a profile photo that we can use on the website and in the broadcasting platform. The sooner we have your info, the better the conference website looks. So please fill it in as soon as possible.
Register for the Congress
Please register for the congress by clicking the button on top right of this page. As a speaker you can participate for free. Please use the promotional code that was sent to you by the conference secretariat. You can fill it in at the second screen of the registration procedure. In case you do not remember the code, the send a message to the conference secretariat by clicking here. Please register at the latest on Monday October 4.
We kindly ask you to send your pre-recorded presentation at the latest on Monday October 4 to the conference secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org). In case your presentation is too big to send it by regular e-mail, we suggest you use Wetransfer.com. The presentation should meet the following criteria:
- Please use this PowerPoint template
- It should be converted to a movie file (mp4, avi, mov or wmv)
- Aspect ratio 16:9
- At least HD quality (1080p)
- Do not exceed the duration of your talk (check the program)
Recording and editing
Your presentation should be recorded with both audio and video, so the audience can see a video of you presenting in the upper right corner of the screen (the so called “screen-in-screen” format). You can find an instruction on how to use Zoom to record your presentation HERE.
